Racial Equity Network
In July 2024 representatives from OTT/OTSA/OTSH and Oxfordshire schools attended the Racial Equity Network Dinner, organised by the Chiltern Teaching School Hub, in Luton. It was a powerful and inspiring event that reminded us that we have made limited progress in creating a teaching workforce that fully represents the society in which we live.
Following the event we have begun to make plans to create a local racial equity network. A group met on 23 January 2025 to begin thinking about the aims of the network.
