Job Board
OTSA runs an online Job Board for use by partner schools and organisations.
The Job Board was created at the request of partner schools who want to be able to advertise teaching and support staff vacancies at low cost.
Job Alerts - we want teachers who train locally to begin their careers in partner schools, so we work with ITT providers to encourage trainee teachers to sign up to receive 'job alerts'.
School Profiles - partner schools create School Profiles, including photos and videos, to tell applicants why their schools are great places to work and encourage applications.
Training Placements - Partner schools can also use the job board to advertise salaried post-graduate teaching apprenticeship posts.
There is an administration fee of just £10 per advert, which helps to cover costs of running the site.
