Registration of ECTs and Mentors for the ECF Programme

In addition to registration for the ECF, ECTs must also be registered for statutory induction with an Appropriate Body.

Troubleshooting

If your ECT or mentor does not receive login details for UCL Extend please check that the details registered with the DfE are correct, including a careful read for any typos in email addresses.

If you have an ECT or mentor who is joining your school partway through their programme please flag this with OTSH so that we can ensure a smooth transition.

If you have any queries or require a bespoke approach for an individual ECT or mentor please email jen.fiddaman@otsh.org.uk

ECF Bulletin

The OTSA/OTSH fortnightly bulletin is shared on a Friday morning.

The bulletin contains everything you need to keep up to date with statutory induction and the ECF programme, including upcoming facilitated session information and other helpful resources. If you are not receiving the bulletin this fortnight please first check your spam / clutter folder, then email Kate Baker, ECF Administrator, at ect@otsa.org.uk so we can look into it.
